Fantasy Fest, Power Boat Race, Christmas & New Year's all require a minimum 7
night stay and the rate is $4,250 + tax.
This condo may also be combined with a lock-out efficiency to make a 3BR/3BA
which will sleep 10 or the 1br/1ba condo which will sleep 13. All 3 properties
may be combined to make a 4br/4ba which will sleep 15.
40% deposit is required to make a reservation
Balance is due 2 weeks prior to check in
Deposit is refundable, less a $25 cancellation fee, until 30 days prior to check
in
Visa, MasterCard, Discover & personal checks accepted. 40% deposit to make reservation and balance is due 2 weeks prior to check in. Cancellations prior to 30 days of check in is refundable less a $25 fee. Fantasy Fest, Power Boat Race Week, Christmas and New Year all require a minimum week stay and are $4,250 + tax
