Speak with Reservations Manager, Tom Stargaard, who will verify that Edward Hoornstra is the sole owner of units E51A, B, & C, and that your dates are available for that unit.
A:Key West Resort Rentals website has a secure credit card server, however you can also phone me at (813) 956-1385 with your credit card information. The other option is that we also accept your personal check.
A: By reserving with an independent owner, such as myself, my clients have the benefits of very attractive pricing, while still enjoying all services & amenities available at The Galleon Resort.
A: 40% deposit of the total rental amount is required to reserve a unit. The balance is due 14 days prior to occupancy.
A: "The Specials are "special pricing", or "discounts", if there is availability on a unit within 30 days or less. There is a significant price advantage for those individuals able to travel on short notice. Reserving "Specials" requires phoning or emailing me directly to receive the "Special" pricing.
A: No, you are free to reserve any available time period that you wish.
A:Yes. There are three combinations. The Family & Hideaway can be combined to to make a 3/3 that will sleep 10 with 1450 sf. The Family & Luxury can be combined to make a 3/3 that will sleep 13 with 2535 sf. All three units can be combined to make a 4/4 that will sleep 15 with 2785 sf.
A:In the event of a mandatory evacuation due to a Hurricane during your stay at the Galleon, you will receive a pro-rata refund.
A: Cancellations are fully refundable, less $25.00 cancellation fee, prior to 30 days from occupancy date.
