Fantasy Fest, Power Boat Race Week, Christmas & New Year all require a minimum
week stay and the rate is $1,900 + tax
Trip Insurance is advised
Visa, MasterCard, Discover & personal checks are accepted. 40% deposit is required to make a reservation. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to check in. Deposit is refundable, less a $25 cancellation fee until 30 days prior to check in. Fantasy Fest, Power Boat Race Week, Christmas & New Year all require a minimum week stay and the rate is $1,900 + tax
