Fantasy Fest, Power Boat Race Week, Christmas and New Year all require a one week minimum stay and are $3,150 + tax for the week
Visa, MasterCard, Discover & personal checks accepted. 40% deposit is required to make a reservation. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to check in. Deposit is refundable, less a $25 cancellation fee, until 30 days prior to check in. Fantasy Fest, Power Boat Race Week, Christmas & New Year's are all $3,150 + tax and all require a 7 night minimum stay.
